While the absence of ironing facilities might deter some, the welcoming staff compensates with a friendly demeanor and a much-appreciated welcome drink on arrival.The heating in the rooms was adequate, adding to the overall comfort. The mini-bar was a nice touch, providing convenience. Although some areas showed signs of wear, the terrace offered a pleasant spot to unwind. The free toiletries were a thoughtful inclusion.The lack of certain amenities like spa facilities and a restaurant may affect the luxury appeal for some guests, yet the value for money remains high at Pensiunea Ayana. Wi-Fi availability was a bonus for staying connected.
